The name Hebron carries deep historical and biblical significance rooted in legacy, leadership, stewardship, and inheritance.
Hebron is one of the oldest cities referenced in the Bible and holds an important place throughout the biblical narrative. It was closely associated with Abraham and later became a city connected to covenant, faithfulness, and enduring promise. Hebron also served as an early seat of leadership for King David before Jerusalem became the capital of Israel.
Throughout scripture, Hebron represented more than a physical place. It became symbolic of strong foundations, generational inheritance, and the responsibility of stewardship over what would one day be passed on to future generations.
Those principles continue to shape the philosophy behind Hebron Strategies.
At Hebron Strategies, we believe growth should be approached with long-term vision and thoughtful leadership. Development is not simply about short-term expansion or economic activity — it is about creating communities that remain strong, sustainable, and beneficial for generations to come.
The name reflects a commitment to responsible growth, strategic planning, and building lasting foundations that serve both present and future communities.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that leadership carries a responsibility not only to meet today’s needs, but also to leave behind something stronger for those who come after us.

Hebron Strategies was founded by Ian Crafton with a commitment to responsible growth, practical implementation, and building stronger communities for future generations.
Drawing from experience in real estate, local government, public policy, fundraising, and community development, Ian brings a practical perspective to the challenges communities face when trying to turn plans and priorities into results.
His experience spans both the public and private sectors, providing firsthand understanding of land use, development, infrastructure, housing, budgeting, stakeholder collaboration, and the realities of moving projects through local government processes.
That experience helped shape the philosophy behind Hebron Strategies: strong communities do not need more plans sitting on shelves. They need clear priorities, practical strategies, strong partnerships, and the ability to move from vision to implementation.
Hebron Strategies was created to help communities, organizations, developers, and stakeholders do exactly that—navigate complexity, advance meaningful projects, and build lasting value for the generations that follow.
